Its scope is local in that it welcomes papers from academics, researchers,  and policymakers. Authors need to register as an author with the journal prior to submitting their work, it is recommended that the researchers write their research according to the journal guidelines Submissions that do not adhere to the guidelines provided will be REJECTED.
